An Alternative Report to the Eighth Periodic Report of Argentina to CEDAW.

WDI Argentina and Campaña Argentina por los Derechos de las Mujeres have issued an Alternative Report to the Eighth Periodic Report of Argentina to CEDAW, expressing their concern about women’s rights and the application of CEDAW in Argentina, with particular attention to the way that substituting the legal category of “sex” with “gender identity” has set back the advancement of women’s rights.
